kaal raat ko download karne rakhi thi....aaj ho chuki thi..but i waited and went to Theatre only bcoz anya said dnt watch it on lappy.

Kawad....

This word is originates from one of the most famous festival of Hindu Myth- Mahashivratri.
Although its not common in India but is very famous in North India. Kawad- This is basically a rally of devotees of Lord Shiva. In this one all the pilgrims go to Haridwar from different places, gathers their and collect the Ganga jal in Kawad. Then they worship the Ganga river and carry that holy water to their places and do pooja of Lord Shiva. This rally continues nearly for 20days.
Like all others, this rally is also having is bad effects. And it directly strikes to normal life in North ( delhi n NCR region). Here the roads destined to Haridwar gets closed. So many highways and small roads are closed. Mainly NH-24 is affected badly. All the heavy loaded trucks get diverted on NH-24.
Now let me tell you all y im writing all these. Actuly my office is on one side of NH-24 whereas i stay on the other. So daily i have to face a jam of about 1hr. It sucks man!!
Even the traffic in Noida and Ghaziabad is hopeless. No one is having traffic sense in these regions. Everyone here is the King. sabke BAAP ka rasta hai. No one cares for others. Today Noida is having one of the widest roads in India. But the people here have the narrowest thinking. No rules nothing. Police wala hath dikhaye toh rukana toh door uske upar gaddi chadha dete hai. People here dont think of Signals. They are only for show purpose. Dikhava hai.
Principle goes like this- If signal is Green then its your turn and if it is RED then obviously its your turn. so Traffic Jam has to be there.
This is the situation in general. And now this Kawad...vaat lag chuki hai puri... To reach office is a battle with your own patience and sweat. The most interesting thing is Baarish ka koi namo nishan nahi hai yaha. buri halat ho jati hai.... so sirf garmi and passine.
Bhagwan jane kab tak chalega aise....
everyone here must be given Lessons on traffic rules n regulations.
If the same will continue tarffic jam and accident scenes will increase naturally.

Visit to Hisar Site...

HISAR - THE PROJECT PASSION.

The pic is of the Hisar Site located in Hisar, Haryana. The project in which I'm involved in.
This is the name given by the company to our project. 2x600MW capacity Thermal Power Plant is under construction. This is the first Mega project plant in India. I'm proud to be a part of this project.
Although I'm not the one who is taking care of all the things but many of the things on site. The pic on the screen is TG Blg. All the steel structure in the pic is released by me and my Boss and we own the construction dwgs and methods. May be this look very hypothetical but its true.

I often visited the site , but this time it was very different. i went to site on 16.07.08 and came back by 17.07.08. I was accompanied by my Boss and my colleague. When we visited to site my eyes were constantly rolling. I was so happy to look at the construction pace on the site. Tears started rolling automatically. The progress was incredible. The things which i saw on dwgs and allowed to construct them on my visualisation power begun to get same shape. Those gigantic blgs and structures gave me divine pleasure. My heart was full of happiness n joy. Everyone on the site were saying to contractor, " Yehi woh saheb hai, jinki dwgs pe aap kaam karte ho. Dekho yeh noida se yaha aye hai, toh jo bhi dbout hai inhe puch lo. Aaj yeh sab problems khatam karenge."

Those words were very satisfying to hear. I was feeling proud of myself. Even my Boss was there to help me out and make me proud. We both were very happy with the construction.

The one you are seeing on the side is called as NDCT ( natural draught cooling tower). It is one of my package. This structure is very typical and has its own importance n the power plant. We ( I and my Boss) worked very hard on it. And finally we can see it live. The most precious package of mine. Our efforts are now on the ground. Taking is beautiful shape. its just WOW!!
173M tall elliptical structure is showing its possession on site. There are two such structures.

After the visit to site we had a small party for our work. I n my Boss njoyd it much. Frnz their is a big gap between structures on the dwgs and in actual. My boss taught me many things in past 1.5 yrs. and I'm thankful to him for all his teachings and support. By the virtue of which i can feel the civil engg so closely and enjoying it. He gave me much more than anyone can in job life. Thus we ended our best visit to site.

I will look forward to give more to the project and for the development of the country. As this all goes for the development and betterment of the Indians. Electricity is need of the country and we serving for its growth.

My First Job frnd....

Hello frnz,
The name displaying in the first line is one of my best frnd on the job. Or rather its better to say he was the first one to whom i met in Reliance. Today, he has gone to the world of his dreams...his dream to do MS. Although the feelings were not that same as of Anya goin abroad, but still he left some imprints on my life. Actully now im habitual.
We met first during our Medical test for REL. There we shared a cigratte n there after the days started roaming around us. Daily we use to be together on our training day. He used to pick me up from Kandivali station...then a ciggi and riding very harsh we use to reach at our destination (REMI). After the wonderful training day he and me again. Being a Gujju, he is very particular about the money. But for frnz he is very cool. we met many of his frnz. Party and many thngs.
Then after our training period (honeymoon packg) transfered to Noida. Then we became roomy and others also joined us ,but we shared very close relation. He was alwys thr to help me and guide me.
From the day we joined here till today we are best frnz N hope will continu in future.
May be its very absurd to write it here. But will miss him. After all he is my ciggi partner.
