Every one had the joy of having Juniors in their college life ( since we all know each other very well). In this Anya njoyed the most i think. We all know what is ragging....But have ever heard anyone saying that juniors are ragging their senior????
Dosto from last few days I'm giving ragging to my new joiniees.. Sala kya din aa gaye hai???
This dark mare has started from the beginning of this month. In the first week 6 juniors joined REL n then our group. Then in the next week 11 more. N their began the ragging session of mine.
Although they are quite good but they ping me a lot. Don't allow me to do work at all.
There are 3 girls and rest boys. N most of them are from Punjab n from NITs. So obviously are brilliant in nature. But still they are very childish. The queries , the Problems all i feel like very childish. May b i have already faced all them thts y ......par koi maturity nahi hai. N problem is only this.
After fighting for a week, finally ystrdy i distributed some kinda work to all of them. Then i thought this will relax me to some extent, but actully i have increased my problem to lot of extent. Ab toh totally jaan kha jate hai. So on Sat i ran from office in lunch time. Waise toh mujhe jana hi tha. Thoda kaam tha.
Now im really scared of going to office ....pata nahi Monday kaisa rahega toh... so wish me luck.
N lets hope ki sare juniors jaldi chije sikh le... N no more doubts for me.

Sale tension mat le.. i knw U r good at Giving it.. actually i was not used to da situation where Juniors are givin respect to their seniors during my graduation days..we also didnt call our seniors SIR or anything but ya respect was der.. but in dis new college m getting that respect.. Acchha lagta hai.. Its like we have to maintain that image of Senior in front of them at the same time we avoid bossing them remembering our days.. its a tough job.. Kar yaar.. sirf kabhi Mandargiri mat kar baithna unke samne..
